What is a Winemaker Dinner?
The Winemaker Dinner is a 5-course dinner and each course is paired with a different accompanying wine. A Guest Chef and Guest Winemaker are paired together to create the menu for the evening. This is an upscale, lovely evening out! It is truly a memorable experience that will not be forgotten.
Can I buy the wines served at the dinner?
The wine poured at the dinner will be available for purchase in all destinations except Biloxi. Mississippi law prohibits the sale of wine at a special event, but information about where you can purchase the wines will be available.
Do you accommodate special food requests (i.e. food allergies)?
Yes we do. We try our best to work with each ticket buyer and our Chef. If we know in advance what your request is we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Requests are not guaranteed.
What is the attire for the Winemaker Dinners?
The attire for the Winemaker Dinners is resort casual; of all the events this is the most formal.
Suggested: Men jacket and ladies dress or pants. Dress to impress, this is truly an evening out!
What is the Grand Wine Tasting? How does it work?
You are given a wine tasting kit, which consists of a glass and event guide, as well as other premiums. You are then invited to walk from station to station and sample 150 wines from over 50 Vineyards. Music and food will be available on site. Seminars will be held throughout the day onsite at 1:15, 2:15, 3:15 and 4:15. Tickets are $5 to reserve your seat.
Will the wine be available for purchase at the Grand Wine Tasting?
The wine that is poured for the sampling will be available for sale onsite in all destinations except Biloxi. Information about where the wines may be purchased will be available at the Grand Wine Tasting.
What is the attire for the Grand Wine Tasting?
The attire for the Grand Wine Tasting is resort casual; you will be outside and in the sun for this event.
Suggested: Men shorts and golf shirt and ladies sundresses or shorts and a summer top.
What is the Walkabout Brunch? How does it work?
You will be given a wine glass and a plate and you can walk from station to station to sample brunch delicacies from area restaurants paired with different sparklers and champagnes. Again, this is an outdoor event. You will be out in the sun for a good portion of the event. Musical entertainment will also be provided.
Can I buy the champagnes/sparklers at the Walkabout Brunch?
The champagnes/sparklers poured for the sampling will be available for sale onsite in all destinations except Biloxi. Information about where the sparklers and champagnes may be purchased will be available.
Do I get a new plate each time I taste something new?
No, please keep your plates. Many restaurants will serve their food on small paper plates, which you can place on your plastic plate. We have a limited amount of plates so please hang onto them.
